Introduced to drum & bass in 2021 through artists like Audio, Black Sun Empire, and State of Mind, NRTXC (back then just known as Ravi) quickly fell in love with the dark, driving energy of neurofunk. What started as a fascination soon turned into passion. In 2022, he began DJing purely for fun, experimenting with heavy selections and high-energy transitions.
By the summer of 2023, that passion had already taken him from bedroom mixes to live stages, and not just as a newcomer. Within the same year, he was closing multiple events, delivering sets that pushed crowds to their limits. Around that time, he also started crafting edits that began circulating widely on SoundCloud, earning him a dedicated following.
2025 marked a major turning point. With his reputation building fast, NRTXC was closing stages after names like Teddy Killerz, Magnitude, PRDK, Skrimor, Skepsis, Tantron, and more. Early that year, he was teaming up more and more with his close friend Hardfield, a pairing that quickly proved to be the perfect match. Their chemistry behind the decks elevated both their performances, and soon they became a staple duo in the Dutch neurofunk scene, going by the duo name of HRD:TXC.
That same year, NRTXC’s trajectory skyrocketed. With gigs pouring in and his SoundCloud and Instagram growing rapidly, his signature dark and energetic neurofunk style set him apart. Summer 2025 saw his international debut alongside Hardfield, performing in Czech Republic and Belgium. Milestones that solidified his rising status in the scene.
In 2024, the pair founded Sanctum, a neurofunk collective with a mission to push boundaries and amplify the next wave of heavy, underground sound. NRTXC brings a clear vision to both his solo work and Sanctum. A belief in a new era of neurofunk that goes harder, faster, and heavier than ever before.
With the momentum still building, NRTXC shows no signs of slowing down. The vision is clear: keep evolving, keep pushing limits, and keep taking neurofunk to places it’s never been before. The next chapter is already in motion, and it’s only getting louder.
